Regular Maintenance

• Vacuum weekly using a flat nozzle (no rotating brush) to remove dust and prevent dirt buildup.
• Rotate the rug every few months to ensure even wear and light exposure.
• Use a rug pad to keep the rug in place and protect it from friction with the floor.

Spot Cleaning

• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — never rub.
• Use a small amount of lukewarm water if needed, and always test in a hidden area first.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or steam cleaning.

Deep Cleaning

For a deeper clean, we recommend using our Act of Care Wool Clean Kit, specially developed for natural wool fibers. This gentle, effective kit helps lift stains and refresh your rug — without damaging the material or dyes.
